Are Brian followers, "McLaren's Warrior Children"? Just wondering out loud. Have you seen the Machen's Warrior Children stuff? Martin Downes very graciously sent me one of the shirts. Even though it's a "Warrior Children" shirt, it's quite comfortable. I would post a pic but I think that wouldn't do much for the product!

Speaking of Machen, McLaren, and Martin, the latter has an excellent post on the former.

There is a collection of essays forthcoming to which at least a couple of Warrior Children have contributed analyzing contemporary evangelicalism. There is a particularly odious and mean-spirited essay by an especially disreputable cat included that considers McLaren's relations to catholic orthodoxy. It's to be out in January, but I don't see anything yet on the Crossway site.
