When the Saints, Go Marching In . . .

Apparently I've reached sainthood. I have a long list of rss feeds to blogs across the world, but I admit, there are only a few I actually take the time to read in some detail . . . just too many things to do in an ordinary day and too many blogs to keep up on. Anyways, the rabble-rousers over at "The Confessional Outhouse" have put me on their list of "Outhouse Saints." I had no idea until I actually scrolled down the blog and looked around. So how does a saint respond? Do I genuflect, send a love gift, or actually have to participate on the blog? Inquiring minds want to know. Maybe the other "saints" . . . Hart, Stellman, Brown, Clark, and Riddlebarger know? Talk about a constellation of dimly-lit stars!

We actually gave you sainthood before you came to GR. We didn't want things to be awkward at dinner. We realized that we wanted you on the blogroll - but it didn't seem right to have Stellman as a saint and not you.

In other news, the Radio station messed up last Sunday- and our broadcast with you on it will air this coming Sunday, Feb 3. 4:00pm on WFUR FM 102.9 over 9 or so counties in southwest Michigan.

Cheers!

RB,

I'll take sainthood anyway I can get it, I guess! It is an honor to be one of the names eched onto the wall of the outhouse . . . at least I think it is.

"...send a love gift..."

I'm listening...

I mean, in the old days, bishoprics and even the papacy always had their price, what was so wrong with that system?

Rube,

My only question is what gaudy trinket do I get in return for my love gift . . . a porcelain dove, a prayer napkin that Brother Benny sweated on . . . ?

Danny,

Remember, we are canonized in an OUTHOUSE. These guys definitely get the theology of the cross!

Rev.,

Like I said, you guys need only continue your good work. As we say in the Reformed tradition, "yes, it really is that simple." And, if I were you, I wouldn't be looking for anything in return from an Outhouse...if you get me.

DH,
We'll try to find something autographed by Paul and Jan Crouch for you.
